Overview
Self Check-in can be used to enable guests to check-in remotely without attending a front desk.
Check-in prior to Arrive Time will only be available if the Area on the reservation is in 'Vacant Clean' status.
Categories not selected to 'Allow Check-in' will still be able to complete Pre Check-in if configured.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal.
- Navigate to the Check-In tab.
- Navigate to the Allow Check-in tab.
- Select the toggle Allow Guest to Check-in.
Select the toggle Allow Guest to check-in prior to the Arrive Time (Optional). - Select a Category to Allow Check-in and choose > allocate the needed categories.
- Select Save.
