Learn how to create and assign property groupings in RMS to segment properties for reporting, Quick Quote, and Rate Manager Chart.

Overview

Property Groupings provide the ability to segment properties into meaningful groups for use with reports, the Quick Quote Screen and the Rate Manager Chart in RMS. 

Enterprise customers setup as a Franchise can use Property Groupings to provide alternate property collections to view together on reports.

Guide

Follow the steps below to set up property groupings and assign them to properties in RMS.
 

Grouping Setup

1. Navigate to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping.
2. Select Add.
    
3. Select the Grouping Type Property.
4. Enter the Grouping Description.
5. Select Save/Exit.
   
    

Assign the Grouping

1. Navigate to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
2. Click Edit on an existing Property.
   
    
3. Navigate to the Extra Details tab.
4. Select the Grouping.
5. Select Save\Exit.
