How to Disable an Active Module from the Module Market in RMS.
Information
The Module Market allows System Administrators to enable and disable modules directly within RMS.
Recently activated modules may have a waiting period before they can be deactivated. Any such conditions will be outlined in the module’s Terms & Conditions.
If the required module does not appear in the Module Market, contact RMS Sales to request disconnection.
✎ Please Note: Only System Administrators and the Manager Profile have access to the Module Market.
Deactivation Guide
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
In the Side Menu of RMS, Search for Module Market.
or
Scroll Down to Module Market.
- On the 'Activated' page.
- Select the Property (Optional)
- Search for the Module

Select the Toggle on the module to deactivate.

Select 'Yes' to Deactivate.
★ Tip: Inactive modules can be activated by selecting the toggle and confirming activation.
