A guide to setting up Cross Domain Tracking with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in RMS.
Overview
Setting up Cross Domain Tracking ensures that the user experience between the property website and the RMS Booking Engine is not split into two unique sessions, and will instead retain the appropriate referral information and source of purchase for more accurate tracking.
This is intended for use with Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options.
- Navigate to the Market Tracking tab.
- Enter the property's website in Cross Domain Tracking URL.

Select Save.
