Keyless Doorlocks

Keyless is a cloud-based application and has the capability to generate digital keys and share them with guests using the Keyless app.

 

Overview

Reservation information is sent automatically to Keyless when the reservation is initially created.
If any information required by Keyless is not saved on the reservation, then the reservation will not send successfully e.g Guest name, email, and mobile number.

Once the required information has been entered, Users can manually send the reservation to Keyless using the 'Keys' icon.
The 'Keys' icon can be accessed on both the reservation screen and In Out Movements.

The creation and deletion of digital keys will be recorded in the Reservation Audit Trail.

⚠ Important: The Guest Profile assigned to the reservation must have a name, email address and mobile number entered, for the information to update to Keyless.
★ Tip: Hint! The User assigned as the Primary System Administrator has access to activate modules via the Module Market.

 

Activation

Navigate to the Module Market and search for Keyless to activate.

Follow the steps in the Module Market article to complete activation.

 

Configuration

In the side menu of RMS, go to Module Market.

  1. Select the Configuration icon for Keyless.
  2. Select the Configuration icon again.

  3. Enter the Shared API Secret (Provided by Keyless).

  5. Select the Run button to send all future reservations to Keyless

  6. Select Save\Exit.
