The Availability Chart offers a comprehensive view of a property's inventory for the specified date range, making it easier to manage and monitor availability. If you identify available dates within a category, you can easily create a reservation directly from the Availability Chart. 

Tip! The availability displayed includes both a count of physical areas and the category availability for the chosen dates, with the option to show the rate or average daily rate (ADR).

Availability Chart Reservations

In the Side Menu of RMS, navigate to Charts > Availability Chart.

1. Select a Property.
2. Choose an Availability View.
3. Click on the 'Calendar' icon to select a date.
    
4. Draw a Reservation in a Category.
   
    

Tip! This can be done by clicking and dragging within the individual cells aligned with the date range and the category the guest wishes to book.

5. Select 'Add Reservation.'
   
    
6. Enter the Guest information or insert an existing Guest Profile.
7. Enter the Reservation Details.
8. Select the 'Save/Exit' icon to create the reservation and return to the Availability Chart.
   
    

Tip! The new availability will be reflected for any reservation in an 'Unconfirmed' or 'Confirmed' status.
