Reporting on Guest Loyalty Credits earned and redeemed in RMS.
Overview
The Guest Loyalty Credits Report lists all guests enrolled in a credit-based loyalty program in RMS along with the credits they have earned, redeemed, and the balance they have available.
The report supports both Guest Loyalty by Nights and Guest Loyalty by Spend. Guests enrolled in either program earn Credits that are tracked and reported on through this single report.
The report is exported as a CSV file and can be generated on demand or set up as a Scheduled Report.
Report Options
The following options are available on the Report Options screen before the report is generated.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Loyalty Credits Earned Between | The date range used to include Loyalty credit transactions. Select the calendar icon to choose a preset range or a custom From and To date. |
| Property | Select the Properties to include in the report. Defaults to 'All Selected' so every Property in the database is included. |
| Group By Property | Checkbox. When selected, the CSV output is grouped by Property, with one set of rows per Property. |
| Exclude Guests with Zero Balance | Checkbox. When selected, Guests whose current credit balance is zero are removed from the report. |
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Guests > Guest Loyalty Credits.
- Select the required Loyalty Credits Earned Between date range.
(Optional) Select the required Property.
(Optional) Select the Group By Property checkbox.
(Optional) Select the Exclude Guests with Zero Balance. - Select 'Export to CSV'.
CSV Columns
The Guest Loyalty Credits Report is delivered as a CSV file.
The CSV contains the following columns, in order.
