HyperPay Payment Gateway

Information on the HyperPay Payment Gateway

 

Overview

Hyperpay is an eCommerce-only Payment Gateway available in RMS to provide PCI-compliant credit card storage and payment processing.

Payment Gateways are an eCommerce application provided by merchant services to authorise and process credit card payments in a PCI-compliant manner.

Connecting a Payment Gateway account with RMS provides secure credit card storage, payment processing, and refunds directly from within RMS.

The functions and setup are outlined in this article.

⚠ Important: HyperPay is only available to properties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  HyperPay is NOT compatible with:  RMS POS Lite RMS Cash Account RMS Utilities

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.

  1. Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.Property Information list in RMS showing existing properties with an Edit icon beside each, and one property’s Edit icon highlighted to open its settings for HyperPay configuration.
     
  2. Navigate to the 'Payment Gateway' tab.
  3. Select the 'Ecommerce' Toggle.
  4. Select 'HyperPay' as the Payment Gateway.
  5. Enter the Access Token (Provided by HyperPay).
  6. Enter the Entity Id (Provided by HyperPay).
  7. Select Save/Exit.

Credit Card payments using the HyperPay payment gateway will open a securely encrypted payment window when selecting 'Process' on the Receipt screen in RMS.
