How to Add and Change a Password for the Company Portal, Travel Agent/Wholesale Portal (Corporate Portal), and Staff/Housekeeping Portal

The Company, Travel Agent, Wholesaler, and Staff/Housekeeping Portal all allow access to the related functions online portal. 

To access these Portals, a unique Username and Password are required. 

These Passwords can be reset at any time in RMS 9+.

When a Password is added to a Company, Travel Agent/Wholesaler, or Housekeeper, the Password field is hidden, and the "Reset Password" icon becomes active.

Corporate Portal Password for Companies

In the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Company

1. Add/Edit a Company
2. Navigate to Portals
3. Enter an Online Password
4. Save/Exit
   
    
5. The Next time you Edit the Company, the "Online Password" Field will be hidden.
6. The "Reset Password" icon is now active. 
   
7. Enter a New Password and Confirm the New Password
8. Save/Exit
   
9. If successful, you will be notified of the Password Change via a pop-up on your screen. 
   

Corporate Portal Password for Travel Agent/Wholesaler

In the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Travel Agent

1. Add/Edit a Travel Agent or Wholesaler
2. Navigate to Portals
3. Enter an Online Password
4. Save/Exit
   
    
5. The Next time you Edit the Company, the "Online Password" Field will be hidden.
6. The "Reset Password" icon is now active. 
   
7. Enter a New Password and Confirm the New Password
8. Save/Exit
   
    
9. If successful, you will be notified of the Password Change via a pop-up on your screen. 
   
    

Housekeepers Password

In the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Houskeeping > Housekeeper

1. Add/Edit a Housekeeper
2. Enter an Email Password
3. Save/Exit
   
    
4. The Next time you Edit the Housekeeper, the "Email Password" Field will be hidden.
5. The "Reset Password" icon is now active. 
   
    
6. Enter a New Password and Confirm the New Password
7. Save/Exit
   
8. If successful, you will be notified of the Password Change via a pop-up on your screen.
