Change the rate type display order

The display order of Rate Types can be customised and will be reflected on the RMS Booking Engine and in RMS.

 

Overview

Rate Types are the charge description or charge type that identifies a particular set of pricing.

The display order of Rate Types can be customised on the Rate Manager Chart.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Rate Manager.

  1. Select 'Rates'.
  2. Select 'Rate Types'.

  3. Select 'Display Order'.

  4. Select a Rate Type.
  5. Select the Up or Down Arrow to reorder.

  6. Select Save/Exit.

    Repeat Steps 4 & 5 as needed for all Rate Types.

     

★ Hint: Add the Rate Manager Chart to the Toolbar Menu for quick access.

 

Rate Types will display in the selected order in the Rate Type drop down on the Reservation Screen and on the RMS Booking Engine.
