Overview
A Tax Invoice is an itemised invoice of taxable charges on an account with a unique Invoice Number.
If needed, the tax invoice can be resent from the reservation account.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Accounting > Quick Account Access.
- Enter an Account Number.

Select 'Go to Account'.
- Right-click an Invoiced Transaction.
- Select the 'Invoice' menu.
- Select 'Email'.
- Select the required Email Recipients.
- Select Email/Exit.
★ Hint: The Correspondence tab for the Guest Profile and Reservation will show the emailed Tax Invoice and will indicate if the email has been read.
