Set up charge redirection groupings

Steps to set up Sundry Groupings for Charge Redirection in RMS.

 

Overview

Charge Redirection Groupings are Sundry Groupings that can be used with Charge Redirection.

Charge Redirection is a feature that can be used to automate charges on a Reservation Account being redirected from the main account to the specified Extras account.

Sundry Groupings for Charge Redirection are separate to the Sundry Groupings setup for use with reporting and are not shared between the two features.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Sundry Groupings.

  1. Select 'Add'.
  2. Enter a Description.
  3. Select the Sundry Charges.
  4. Select Allocate.
  5. Select 'Save/Exit'.
