Security Profile Audit Trail report

The Security Profile Audit Trail Report details changes in access on Security Profiles and Users.

 

Overview

The Security Profile Audit Trail Report provides a detailed log of changes made to Security Profiles and User access.

The report includes all modifications to function-level permissions within Security Profiles, as well as any changes to the Security Profiles assigned to Users.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Security > Security Profile Audit Trail.

  1. Select a Date Range.
  2. Select the User\s and\or Security Profile.
  3. Select Build.

★ Tip: Select the Star icon used to add Report to the user’s favourites list. icon to set a Report as a favourite.

The report displays all modifications made to Security Profiles and Security Profiles assigned to Users, within the selected date range.
