How to build the Sundry Rental Change Report to show changes made to Rental Schedules.

Overview

The Rental Change Report details the Rental Schedules of price changes to Sundry Charges in RMS.

Sundry Charges are incidental charges that can be used for Repeat Charges or Periodic Charges in addition to manual creation on accounts.

The Rental Schedule on a Sundry Charge enables scheduled price increases.

The Sundry Rental Change Report will only include Sundry Charges that have been setup with a Rental Schedule to take effect within the selected date range.

The Rental Charge Report will include the Property Name, Sundry ID, Sundry Name, GL Code, Effective Date and New Amount for the date range selected.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Accounting > Sundry Rental Change.

1. Select the Date Range.
   (Optional) Select the Sundry Charges.
   (Optional) Select a Group By.
2. Select Build.
