The Reservation Position List report provides a summary of the property's daily reservation activity.

Overview

The Reservation Position List will only include Categories with a Category Class of Accommodation or Site.

The Reservation Position List will display for the current date:

• Property Name
• Category Name
• Total Number of Areas
• Areas In House
• Areas with Expected Departures
• Areas with Expected Arrivals
• Areas Closing Position
  • The Closing Position is the sum of In House, less any Expected Departures, plus any Expected Arrivals.
• Areas of Maintenance
• Areas Available

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Reservation Position List.

1. Select a Date.
   Select the required Category Groupings and choose 'Search' (Optional).
   
   
    

   Use the Print icon to generate a printable version of the current screen.
