Information on using the Add Ons Chart in RMS.

Overview

The Add Ons Chart provides an overview of availability for all Add Ons at a property across a date range. 

Add Ons are a type of Category, where the Areas are used for extra items that can only be booked in conjunction with an Area from another Category Class, including Car Parks, Roll Away Beds, and Cots.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Add Ons Chart.

1. Select a Property.

2. Select a Date Range using the Calendar or preset dates.

   The Add Ons Chart will display the number of available Add Ons for each date, as well as a statistical breakdown of the number booked, available, and the percentage used for that date.

   An Add On booking can be made by selecting the Start Date for an Add On, and choosing "Add Add On".
