Charges that have been voided should be reviewed carefully to confirm their validity. If any voids were processed in error, the original charges should be reapplied to ensure the account balance remains accurate and reflects the correct financial activity.

Open the Account in RMS.

1. Select 'Corrections'.
2. Select 'Show/Hide Voided'.
3. View the voided charges.
