Ensure Travel Agent or Group allotments remain protected until used or released.

Overview

Guaranteed Allotments (deduct) is an option that ensures allotments assigned to a Travel Agent or Group remain available, regardless of physical room availability or property overbooking, until they are either utilised or released back to the house.

Guide

1. Navigate to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
2. Edit the Property
   
    
3. Navigate to the Options Tab
4. Select 'Guaranteed (deduct) allotments available until released or used'.
5. Save/Exit
