Create Multiple Access Codes on a Reservation

How to generate multiple Boomgate access codes on a reservation in RMS.

 

Overview

Access codes provide entry into the Property and can be quickly added to an existing reservation.  

Select 'Generate & Send Out' to email the Access No Slip to the Primary Guest or 'Generate & SMS' to SMS the Access No Slip to the Primary Guest with all generated Access Codes.

★ Tip: A subscription to the Boomgate module is required to use this feature.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

  1. Navigate to the 'Rego/Access No's' tab.
  2. Select 'Add'.

  3. Enter the Guest Details if they differ from the Primary Guest.
  4. Enter the Rego.
  5. Select 'Generate No'.
  6. Select 'Save/Exit'.
    (Repeat steps for additional Access No codes).

★ Tip: Generated Access Codes can be sent via SMS or email from this screen or the Rego/Access No tab on the reservation. A subscription to the 2 Way SMS module is required to send out SMS.
