Pickup Point Setup

This guide explains how to add Pickup Points, the pick-up locations used by the Tour Desk module.

Overview

Pickup Point is a Lookup Table in RMS that can be used to define the locations available for pickup when using the Tour Desk module.

Please Note! The Guest Transfers feature on a reservation's Transfers tab does not use Pickup Points. Its pick-up locations come from a separate list, Pickup Location (Setup > Lookup Tables > Pickup Location). Pickup Points are used on tours, including a tour marked as a transfer to or from the accommodation.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Tour Desk > Pickup Point.
Select Add.
