Members Only Rate Type

Information

For Properties that have connected RMS to an External Membership Database, a Rate Type can be configured to only show for Active Members. 

This option can only be used if a Membership Interface is configured. 

When creating a Rate Type, use the 'Members Only' option to create rates that only become available to guests with a valid membership.

Guide

In the Side Menu of RMS, go to Charts > Rate Manager.

  1. Select 'Rates'.
  2. Select 'Rate Types'.

  3. Select 'Add'
    (or Edit an Existing Rate)

  4. Select a Rate Structure.
  5. Enter a Rate Type Description.
  6. Select the 'Only Available to Members' checkbox.
    All other fields and settings are Optional.
  7. Save/Exit.

To complete the Rate Setup, may need to setup a Rate Period, Rate Table and Rate Lookup to make this Rate Type available.
