Overview
Adding photos to your Property, Category, Area, or Requirement helps enhance the visual experience for guests across various platforms, including the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS Booking Engine, and NPS Survey.
- Image Requirements: Files must be 5MB or smaller, with an optimal resolution of 1920px x 1080px for best display quality.
- Image orientation: Must be Landscape / Horizontal
- The image set as the Banner Image will appear as the background image across the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS Booking Engine, and NPS Survey.

Adding Photos
- Navigate to Setup > Online Bookings > Photos.
- Select the appropriate Property from the list.
- Click the Add icon to begin uploading new images.
- Click the Select Images button.
- Choose the image files from your computer and click Open.
- Click the
Next icon to continue.
- Select an Image.
- (Optional)Â Enter an Image Description to provide context or details.
- (Optional)Â Check the Banner Image box to set it as the background image for guest-facing platforms.
- Check the Box to assign the image to a Property, Category, Area, or Requirement.
- Click Save/Exit to complete the process.
★ Tip: Repeat these steps to upload additional images.
