RMS Booking Engines Encrypted URL

Learn what an RMS Booking Engine encrypted URL is and how to generate it for secure, direct access to your property or enterprise booking engine.  

 

Overview

The RMS Booking Engine URL is a unique, securely encrypted web address that provides direct access to your Property or Enterprise’s RMS Booking Engine.

Each Property and Enterprise database is assigned its own encrypted URL, ensuring a safe and reliable connection. This link can be easily shared with your web developer or embedded into your website’s Book Now buttons, making your booking engine seamlessly accessible to guests online.

With the RMS Booking Engine, you can offer a secure, streamlined booking experience right from your website.

Guide

  1. Navigate to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options.
  2. Navigate to the URL Generator tab.
  3. Select a Property or choose Enterprise.
  4. Select Copy IBE URL.

  5. Use this URL for the Book Now hyperlink on your property’s website.
