Effective 1 June 2025, RMS Vault will introduce a monthly fee for customers who store credit card tokens.
RMS Vault securely stores credit card tokens for guests and has been a complimentary product for RMS customers for many years.
Due to ongoing maintenance, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements, we’re introducing a new monthly fee for continued access to RMS Vault.
What's changing?
From 1 June 2025, any RMS customer with one or more credit card tokens stored in the Vault will be charged a monthly fee.
💡 You’ll see this new charge on your RMS billing statement from June onward, unless you opt out or switch to RMS Pay before that date.
What are my options?
Switch to RMS Pay (Recommended)
RMS Pay is our embedded payment solution, built to save you time and improve the guest payment experience.
By switching, you can avoid Vault fees and benefit from a more powerful, all-in-one system.

Keep using RMS Vault
If you wish to continue using the Vault, no action is needed.
The monthly fee will automatically be applied to your account from 1 June 2025.
Remove access to RMS Vault
If you have any questions or you don’t need to store tokens in RMS Vault, and would like to opt out. Please Log a Ticket for assistance.
