Overview

Stock Control is an optional feature that can be enabled on a Sundry Charge to track inventory, including units sold.

Suppliers, Locations and Stock Categories can be configured to enhance Stock management on-site.

Stock Control Suppliers

A Stock Control Supplier is setup by creating a Company, and selecting the Supplier checkbox.

Stock Control Locations

Navigate to Setup > Lookup Tables > Stock Location.

1. Click Add.
   
    
2. Add the Stock Location.
3. Select Save\Exit.
   

Stock Control Categories

Navigate to Setup > Lookup Tables > Stock Location.

1. Click Add.
   
    
2. Add the Description.
   Add a Sub Stock Category (Optional).
3. Select Save\Exit.
