Overview
Digital Check-in provides paperless guest registration during on-site check-in using a Digital Registration Card.
Using an on-site device registered for Digital Check-in, guests can complete the Pre Check-in, Guest Declaration & Guest Registration on the property's device or scan the QR code on the displayed screen to complete the registration process on their personal device using the Guest Portal.
Guests can also complete the Pre Check-in, Guest Declaration & Guest Registration by logging into the Guest Portal ahead of their arrival at the property.
A copy of the Digital Registration Card, including the guest's signatures, can be viewed on the reservation's 'Correspondence' tab.
Users will see the following warning when selecting Digital Check-In on a reservation if a device has not been registered or is not currently logged in.

Guide
Visit the Interactive Guest Portal on the device for Digital Check-in.
- Enter the RMS Client ID
- Enter the Username.
- Enter the Password.
- Select 'Login'.
 - Select a Property.
- Enter a Device Name.
- Select 'Register Device'.

The registered device will display any uploaded Digital Registration Images and remain available for Digital Check-in until logged out.
