Add Rate Types to the RMS Booking Engine

Overview

The RMS Booking Engine will advertise any Rate Type that has been added to the channel mapping for the RMS Booking Engine.

When creating new Rate Types in RMS, these will need to be added to the RMS Booking Engine channel mapping to make them available on the property's RMS Booking Engine.

Guide

Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management.

  1. Select the Channel Connection Status 'Connected'.
  2. Select 'RMS Book Now Button'.
  3. Select 'Edit'.

  4. Navigate to the 'Available Rate Types' tab.
  5. Select the Rate Types.
  6. Select the Allocate icon.
  7. Select Save/Exit.
