Overview
Campermate is a booking platform designed for campgrounds, holiday parks, and freedom camping operators in New Zealand and Australia.
This channel connection allows you to synchronise bookings, availability, rates, and guest information between Campermate and RMS in real-time, helping you manage your inventory and reservations across multiple distribution channels without manual data entry.
Preparing to Connect
Before connecting Campermate to RMS, you'll need an active OTA Rest API module subscription. This module enables secure, automated data exchange between your RMS account and external booking platforms.
To set up the Campermate connection, open a support ticket with the RMS Support team. They will configure the connection on your behalf and verify that data is syncing correctly between the two systems.
