Preparing to Connect
Before completing the Channel Connection to Hoseasons, a Hoseasons code must be setup against the Category or Area, depending on the preferred integration type.
To use 'Map by Property', enter the Hoseasons Service Code into the 'Code 2' field on the Category.
For Unit-to-Unit Integration, setup the Area System Label for 'Field 5' to 'Hoseasons Unit Code', then enter the Hoseasons Unit Code on each Area.
Connecting Hoseasons to RMS
To connect Hoseasons as a channel in RMS, follow the general Channel Connection process. This involves activating the channel in the RMS Channel Manager, mapping your properties, categories, and rate types, and then enabling the connection.
