How to delete a Credit Card Token in RMS.
Overview
There may be times when Users will need to delete a Credit Card Token (CC Token) from a Guest, Company, Travel Agent or Wholesaler.
This is a simple process, but it cannot be undone.
⚠ Warning: Once deleted, all Transactions performed against that CC Token will remain. Users will no longer be able to use the CC Token for new Receipts, Reverse Receipts, or Refunds.

Guide
Open the Reservation, Guest, Company, Travel Agent or Wholesaler in RMS.
- Click on the Credit Card icon.
- Select the Token to Delete (It will be shown as Blue when Selected)
- Select Delete.
(There is no Warning Message when Deleting a Token)
⚠ Warning: There is no warning message when deleting a CC Token. Deleting a CC Token is permanent and can not be undone.
