A guide to creating a reservation from a Guest Profile in RMS.

Overview

The Add Reservation option on the Guest Profile enables Users to create a new reservation for a guest when viewing their existing profile in RMS.

Guest Profiles include all the captured information on an individual who has a reservation at the Property.

Creating a reservation from the Guest Profile automatically pre-fills that Guest information onto the new reservation.

Guide

Open the Guest Profile in RMS.

1. Select Add Res.
   
    
2. Enter the reservation details.
3. Select Save/Exit.
