How to activate use of the G'Day Parks Membership Interface in RMS.

Overview

The G'Day Parks Membership Interface is available exclusively to G'Day Parks members to manage G'Day Parks Rewards Members in RMS.

The G'Day Parks Membership Interface must be setup in RMS to connect the Property to the G'Day Parks Membership Database using the unique Property Code provided by G'Day Parks.

A G'Day Parks Rewards Discount must be setup to allow rewards members to access the membership perks for their Reservation in RMS or on the RMS Booking Engine.

After setting up the interface and Discount, the G'Day Parks membership sign-in option will appear automatically on the RMS Booking Engine.

When a guest signs into the G'Day Parks Membership database on the RMS Booking Engine, their personal details will be filled in automatically on the booking form.

The 'Membership Number' field must be enabled in Field Maintenance to use the Membership Lookup.

Tip! Please contact RMS Support to activate the option for G'Day Parks Membership connection, prior to completing the steps below.

Tip! The G'Day Parks Licence Number is provided by G'Day Parks.

Guide

Step 1

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.

1. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
2. Enter the 'Code' as 'TTP'.
3. Enter the 'G'Day Parks Licence Number' as provided by G'Day Parks. 
   
    
4. Navigate to the 'Features' tab.
5. Select the checkbox 'Use Membership Database'..
6. Select Save/Exit.
   

Step 2

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.

1. Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
   
    
2. Navigate to the 'Membership' tab.
3. Select 'Use G'Day'.
   Select the checkbox 'Enable sending 'G'Day Rewards Statistics' (Optional).
4. Enter the 'G'Day Parks Licence Number' as provided by G'Day Parks. 
5. Select Save/Exit.
