When a User enters the incorrect password to log in to the RMS Vault, the following message will be displayed.
If the User continues to enter incorrect passwords and uses up all password attempts, the User will be locked out of RMS Vault.
Once the User sees the below message, they must contact RMS Support to have their RMS Vault User unlocked.
★ Tip: To avoid being locked out of RMS Vault, select 'I've forgotten my Password' to complete a password reset if the password has been forgotten before all password attempts have been used.
