This guide explains how to securely store credit card details in the RMS Vault for a reservation.
Overview
The RMS Vault can be used to securely store credit card information for guests through online reservations or manual entry.
Vault Tokens created in RMS are encrypted and automatically expire 14 days after the reservation's original Departure Date.
An email containing the CCV will automatically be sent to the property when credit card details are saved in the Vault.
The Password to access the PDF document is the Property's RMS Client ID.
