Overview
Reservations made on the RMS Booking Engine can have the deposit payment made via Bank Transfer.
The deposit required will be as per the Deposit setup in Setup > Online Options.
When the guest selects the Bank Transfer option, the bank details will be included in the Confirmation email they receive.
This is an option that needs to be activated in order for it to show as a payment option.
Guide
To activate this option, in the Side Menu of RMS, go to Setup >
- Online Bookings
- Online Options
- Select Property if necessary
- Deposits
- "Allow Deposit by Bank Transfer"
You will also need to add Bank account details to the Property Information.
In RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information
- Select Property > Edit
- General Bank Account tab > Bank Account 1
✎ Please Note: For Trust Accounting properties, the bank account details will need to be configured under: Setup > Accounting > Owner Accounting Options > Bank Account Details > Trust Bank Account
