Information

Gift Cards provide prepaid vouchers that can be accepted as payment for reservations in RMS.

Gift Cards can be sold using the Gift Card Portal, RMS Booking Engine or Guest Portal. 

The Gift Card Report will include the following information -

• Date of purchase
• Guest number - where the Gift Card transaction has been posted
• Guest name
• Reservation number - where the Gift Card amount has been redeemed
• Property - the Property where the Gift Card is being used
• Transaction description - description from the originally posted transaction
• Transaction Comment - comment from the originally posted transaction
• Credit amount
• Redeemed amount
• Date redeemed
• Balance amount

Go to Reports > Accounting > Gift Cards.

1. Set the 'Date Range'.
2. Click 'Export to CSV'.
