Rate Manager Export

Information

RMS offers the option to export the rates configured within.

The export feature on the Rate Manager Chart provides a .csv file containing all selected rate setup information. 

The Rate Export can be used to simplify auditing rates and will include each element of the rate setup.

Guide

  1. Navigate to Charts > Rate Manager.
  2. Select the Property.
  3. Use the 'Export' icon.

  4. Select the Export Type.
  5. Select the 'Date Range'.
  6. Select the 'Property'.
  7. Select the 'Category'.
  8. Select the 'Rate Type'.
  9. Select the Export 'Sort By' option.
  10. Click 'Export to CSV'.  
    The file will download in the browser; make sure to have Pop-Up Blocker disabled.

A .csv file will be downloaded containing the rate setup information for the selected options.
Web browser download bar or notification indicating that a CSV file containing the RMS rate setup export has been successfully downloaded from the Rate Manager, ready to open for auditing.
