The Online Reservation Transactions Report displays all reservations and deposits made through the RMS Booking Engine and external online channel connections, enabling you to reconcile online payments, track booking sources, and audit reservation activity.
Overview
This report provides a comprehensive view of all reservation and deposit transactions processed through your online channels. Use it to:
- Reconcile online payments against your booking records
- Track which online channels and sources are generating reservations
- Audit reservation details captured through the RMS Booking Engine or Channel Manager connections
- Monitor guest information and booking patterns across online platforms
★ Tip: Only partial or full advance payments made by guests at the time of booking through an online channel will be included in this report.

✎ Please Note: This report requires that the RMS Online module be active and configured in your system.
Report Columns
The report displays the following information for each transaction:

| Reservation Number | Unique identifier for the reservation in RMS |
| RMS Confirmation Number | RMS-generated confirmation number |
| Date Made | The date the reservation was created |
| Arrival Date | Guest check-in date |
| Departure Date | Guest check-out date |
| Reservation Agent | The source channel that created the reservation |
| Guest Surname | Guest's last name |
| Guest Given Name | Guest's first name |
| Room Category | The type of room booked |
| Rate | The booking rate or price agreed |
| Date Paid | The date any deposit or payment was received |
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Online > Online Reservation Transactions.
- Select the Date Range.
- Select either:
- By Reservation Date: Shows reservations created between your selected start and end dates.
- By Cancellation Date: Shows only cancelled reservations, filtered by the date they were cancelled.
- Select Categories.
Select the Group By option (Optional).
Select the Sort By option (Optional). - Select the Online Agent.
- Select the Reservation Status.
Select Show Guest Contact Information (Optional). - Select Build.
