The India C Form report lists in-house foreign guests with their passport, visa, and registration details so Indian properties can submit the daily Form C return required by the Bureau of Immigration.
Â
Overview
The India C Form report is a regulatory document used by accommodation properties in India to report foreign guests staying at the property. The report includes only guests whose Country of Residence is different from the property country, and pulls together the Passport, Visa, Arrival, and registration details required by the Indian Bureau of Immigration. Both primary and secondary guests on a reservation are included, and the report covers reservations that are Arrived or Departed within the selected date range.
The report draws its data from the Guest Profile, so the accuracy of the return depends on the Passport, Visa, and India-specific fields being completed for each foreign guest at check-in.
Â
Use Cases
- Daily compliance return - the front office runs the report each evening for the current day to capture every foreign guest who has arrived or departed, and submits the output to the local FRRO/FRO as part of the daily Form C obligation.
- Back-fill for missed days - the duty manager runs the report for a previous date to retrieve the foreign-guest details after the day has closed.
- Audit and inspection prep - the property runs the report for a longer date range to assemble evidence of foreign-guest reporting for an immigration or compliance audit.

Report Specifications
The following concepts each govern more than one column on the report.
Foreign Guest filter
The report includes only guests whose Country of Residence on the Guest Profile is different from the property country. Guests Profiles with a blank Country of Residence are excluded. The filter is applied to both the primary guest and every secondary guest on the reservation, so a reservation may contribute some guests to the report and exclude others.
Reservation Status filter
Only reservations with a status of Arrived or Departed are eligible for the report. Within the selected date range:
- Arrived reservations are included if their Arrival Date falls within the range.
- Departed reservations are included if their Departure Date falls within the range.
Â
Primary and secondary guests
The report lists each foreign guest on a reservation as a separate block, including the primary guest and any secondary guests. The reservation header (Sl No, Area, Res No, Arrival Date, Departure Date) repeats for each guest listed to the same reservation.
