A guide for activating the Beyond Pricing module for Revenue Management in RMS.

Overview

Beyond Pricing is a revenue management platform designed specifically for vacation rental hosts and property managers. 

By integrating Beyond Pricing with RMS Cloud, you can leverage automated pricing tools to optimise your rental rates, maximise revenue, and streamline pricing updates.

Beyond Pricing’s dynamic pricing tools provide the following benefits:

• Revenue Optimisation: Utilise real-time market data to set the best possible rates and boost revenue.
• Time Savings: Automate pricing adjustments, reducing manual effort and ensuring your rates are always competitive.
• Enhanced Visibility: Gain insights into pricing trends and market demand to make informed decisions.

Key Features

The following key features are available when using Beyond Pricing with RMS.

• Daily Prices: Automatically adjust rental prices daily based on real-time market trends and demand data.
• Length of Stay Restrictions: Set and manage restrictions to encourage longer stays or increase flexibility.
• Multi-Unit Pricing: Manage pricing for multiple units efficiently and dynamically.

Setup Requirements

The following setup is required to use this feature in RMS:

• A new parent rate called 'Beyond' must be created within RMS Cloud.
  This rate will serve as the primary rate for all Beyond Pricing updates.
  Build a new rate using the Rate Wizard.

Activate Beyond Pricing Module

Go to the side menu of RMS, go to Module Market.

1. Select the Module Type 'Revenue Management'.
2. Select the Toggle on the 'Beyond Pricing' module.
   
    
3. Read the RMS Terms & Conditions.
4. Select 'Activate Revenue Management'.
   
    
5. Continue with Beyond Pricing Connection.

Access

Please submit an RMS Support Ticket to request the web service password for the Property.

To complete the connection process, log in to your Beyond Pricing account and follow the connection steps, Beyond Pricing Connection and enter the provided password.
