Information
If a document printed from RMS does not match the Print Preview (e.g., text is cut off, shifted, or scaled incorrectly), work through the checks below.
1. Confirm Paper Size Settings
Open the Printer Options for your printer.
Ensure the Paper Size matches:
The size shown in the Print Preview (e.g., A4, Letter), and
The physical paper is loaded in the printer.
2. Check Paper Loaded in the Printer
Make sure the correct paper size is inserted in the printer tray.
Align the paper guides snugly against the paper stack.
If your printer has multiple trays, confirm the selected tray in the print dialog matches where the correct paper is loaded.
3. Update Printer Drivers
Outdated or incorrect printer drivers can cause layout or scaling issues between the preview and the final print.
Go to the printer manufacturer’s website.
Search for your printer model.
Download and install the latest printer drivers for your operating system.
Restart your computer and printer, then try printing from RMS again.
