This article explains how to set up and use the Parki integration in RMS.
Overview
Parki is a business intelligence and reporting tool for holiday and caravan parks, built by BDO and available in Australia and New Zealand.
It brings together reservations, occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction data from RMS into Parki's analytics platform, giving parks a clearer view of how their business is performing.
Please Note! RMS is highly configurable. Some Terminology, User Access & Permissions, Images, Labels, and Functions used in these articles may differ from your setup. CLICK HERE to find out more.
How it Works
Parki connects to RMS once a day (2.30am) to pick up the latest information for each property.
It pulls through reservation details, occupancy and revenue figures, and guest satisfaction survey results, then brings all of this together in Parki's reporting platform so parks can see how their business is performing over time.
Parki only reads data from RMS and never writes anything back, and it does not collect any personal guest details such as names, emails or phone numbers.
