Information on setting Verifone as the Payment Gateway in RMS.

Overview

Verifone is a Payment Gateway available in RMS to provide PCI-compliant credit card storage and payment processing.

Payment Gateways are an eCommerce application provided by merchant services to authorise and process credit card payments in a PCI-compliant manner.

Connecting a Payment Gateway account with RMS provides secure credit card storage, payment processing, and refunds directly from within RMS.

Credentials for connection, including API Key, User ID, and Public Key, will be provided by Verifone.

Verifone integration supports both CC Tokens and Pre Auth Tokens. A CC Token is created when payment is made via the hosted payment page or Eftpos terminal.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.

1. Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
   
    
2. Navigate to the 'Payment Gateway' tab.
3. Select the Toggle 'Ecommerce Online'.
4. Select 'Verifone' as the Payment Gateway.
5. Enter the User ID.
6. Enter the Api Key.
7. Enter the Organisation ID.
8. Enter the Payment Provider Contract ID.
9. Enter the Token Scope.
10. Enter the Public Key.
11. Enter the Key Alias.
12. Select the Pre Authorisation & Automatic Calculation rule.
13. Select 'Save/Exit'.
