Intacct Financial Export

How to complete a Financial Export using the Intaact Financial Interface in RMS.

 

Overview

Financial Interfaces include General Ledger Account Code mapping that can be used to specify how Receipts and Ledger Movements in RMS are allocated in the financial system’s general ledger.

The Intacct Financial Export will create a journal export using the Financial Interface Configuration.

★ Tip: The Financial Interface to Intacct is not included in the base RMS subscription.  Contact RMS Sales for pricing information.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Utilities > Financial Interface.

  1. Select a Date.

  2. Select the Export option.

  3. Select 'Export File'.  The journal exports will be downloaded or sent via API using the selected Export option.

  • The journal export can be sent via API if the additional optional setup has been completed for the Intacct Financial Interface.  

  • A zip file containing the revenue journal and statistics journal will be generated if Statistics mapping has been completed for the Intacct Financial Interface.
