This article outlines the steps for configuring T-Codes in RMS to work with QuickBooks Class Tracking.
Overview
QuickBooks offers optional Class Tracking to help segment and track account balances by department, business unit, or location. This feature is available in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Plus.

Configuration
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > T-Codes.
- Select the 'Associated To' as 'G/L Acc Code'.
- Enter the Class Tracking segment in 'T0' for each General Ledger Account Code.
- Select Save.
