Activate Family Parks Membership Database Interface

Activate the interface with the Family Parks Membership Database in RMS.
 

Overview

The 'Membership No.' field will need to be made visible in Field Maintenance for the Guest Details section to enable lookup by Member Numbers.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.

  1. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
  2. Enter 'FP' in the Code field.
  3. Select the checkbox 'Use Membership Database'.
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.

Navigate to the 'Options' tab.

Enter 'FP' in the Code field.

Select the checkbox 'Use Membership Database'.

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

Log out of RMS to allow the database to update with the changes made.
