Financial Interfaces

Overview

Financial Interfaces in RMS allow you to export transaction data mapped to your General Ledger account codes in a specially formatted file. These export files can then be easily imported into your property's accounting software, helping streamline financial reporting and reduce manual entry.

The Generic Financial Export is included with the standard RMS subscription.

For other financial systems, RMS offers custom financial export development, tailored to your specific requirements. This service involves a one-time development fee to integrate with your chosen platform.

RMS has successfully developed custom financial exports for a range of systems, including:
Sage, SunSystems, JDE, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tally, Technology One, and Yardi

    Unfortunately, RMS no longer supports Tally as a financial interface.
    Please contact Tally about this and ask them to contact RMS if they are interested in an integration with RMS.
