Assign a Dashboard

Learn how to assign a custom dashboard to selected Security Profiles so users only access dashboards as determined by their System Administrator.

 

Overview

Dashboards provide a visual snapshot of selected data for one or multiple properties that can be customised to suit User preferences.

Custom Dashboards can be created using the wide range of widgets available.
These dashboards can then be assigned to selected Security Profiles to limit User groups to only accessing the Dashboards as determined by their System Administrator.

 

Setup

  1. Navigate to Dashboard.
  2. Select Assign to Profile.

  3. Select a Dashboard.
  4. Select the Security Profiles.
  5. Select Save/Exit.

✎ Please Note: Users with a selected Security Profile will only have access to the Dashboards assigned to their User group.
