Not1Night: Channel Information

This article describes the Not1Night channel connection in RMS, including the data exchanged between Not1Night and RMS.

Overview

Not1Night is an online booking channel that can be connected to RMS via the Channel Manager. Once connected, Not1Night and RMS exchange availability, rate, restriction, and reservation data automatically.

This article outlines which data is sent and received between Not1Night and RMS, and provides a reference for the supported and unsupported functions of the integration.

Key Points

  • Not1Night supports single reservations, group reservations, and cancellations.
  • Email confirmations for bookings made through Not1Night are sent by Not1Night, not by RMS.
  • Live availability is limited to 365 Days.
⚠ Important: Not1Night does not support reservation modifications. If a guest needs to change their booking (for example, dates, room type, or guest count), the modification must be made manually in RMS. The original Not1Night reservation should be updated directly on the reservation in RMS.

 

Connecting Not1Night to RMS

To connect Not1Night as a channel in RMS, follow the general Channel Connection process. This involves activating the channel in the RMS Channel Manager, mapping your properties, categories, and rate types, and then enabling the connection.
