Hotel Bonanza: Channel Information

This article describes the Hotel Bonanza channel connection in RMS, including the data exchanged between Hotel Bonanza and RMS.

Overview

Hotel Bonanza is an online booking channel that can be connected to RMS via the Channel Manager. Once connected, Hotel Bonanza and RMS exchange availability, rate, restriction, and reservation data automatically.

This article outlines which data is sent and received between Hotel Bonanza and RMS, and provides a reference for the supported and unsupported functions of the integration.

Key Points

  • Hotel Bonanza supports single reservations, group reservations, cancellations, but does not support reservation modifications.
⚠ Important: Hotel Bonanza does not support reservation modifications. If a guest needs to change their booking (for example, dates, room type, or guest count), the modification must be made manually in RMS. The original Hotel Bonanza reservation should be updated directly on the reservation in RMS.

 

Connecting Hotel Bonanza to RMS

To connect Hotel Bonanza as a channel in RMS, follow the general Channel Connection process. This involves activating the channel in the RMS Channel Manager, mapping your properties, categories, and rate types, and then enabling the connection.
